Repression of Certain Diseases

Draft Ordinance for the better prevention of certain diseases.

I am of opinion that the proposed Ordinance is eminently calculated to abate a disease in which has hitherto prevailed, and fostered, to an extent too fearful to detail, not only among the Moral and Military Forces, but also the population generally.
